09/11/2023: Office / Admin assistant.
- Assist the Managing Director and General Manager with day to day admin duties
- Ensuring all invoices are raised and issued to clients. Following up until payments received
- Assist with complying timesheets for approval from GM
- General filing duties including preparing site files once GM has generated relevant documents to be included in said file
- Familiar with xero accounting software is an advantage.
- Updating accreditations.
- Reconciling bank transactions for approval from MD
We will in return be offering a competitive salary with the option of flexible working hours to suit part time with a view to full time as the company grows. A perfect opportunity for a person who would like to work hours to suit school drop off and pick ups.
